MORE THAN A CHURCH

At Alamogordo’s Home Church of Christ, we are a diverse and close-knit community of believers who gather in the warmth of our homes in the spirit of faith and love to worship, learn, and grow together in our faith transcending the need for a traditional church building.

We are dedicated to embracing the principles of New Testament Christianity as illuminated in the Word of God.  Additionally, we are committed to being more than just another church; we aspire to be a spiritual home where you can truly belong.

Our approach can be likened to the practices of the early Christians from the first century.   To us, being a disciple of Christ entails much more than merely attending services for an hour or two each week.   It involves active engagement within a community of believers, the earnest pursuit of our individual roles as messengers of salvation, and the consistent demonstration of love and Christ-like behavior. Furthermore, it means attending to the needs of the individuals within our community, following the example set by the early Christians.
